Many thanks to all of you for answering our first announcement email. It
looks like we will have, once again, a great event.
 
* The web site for the workshop is http://www.icmc.usp.br/~sing/  . The
on-line registration will be available from March.
 
* Since this time we are having difficulties to obtain financial
support, we would be grateful if you tried to find funds to cover your
costs with travel and local expenses.
 
* If you intend to give a talk or present a poster, please reply to this
message with the information below. Since we need this information to make
the applications for the Brazilian financial Councils, please send it by
10th of March.
