Registration and talk submissions

The registration is a two step process. First you must fill in the registration form. Once you have filled it in you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay the registration fee by bank transfer. Registration will be complete and your name will appear in the participant list once we have received the transfer receipt at the email (worksing2024@gmail.com). Plenary speakers and Scientific Committee members do not have to pay registration fee (but must register too).

Registration fee:
- Student 100€
- Postdoc, Professors, Researchers 150€

Social Events:
There will be a conference lunch on Wednesday 24th of July. We will have paella at a typical Valencian restaurant. The price will be around 30 euros including the bus to get there and back. On Thursday 25th at night we will have the conference dinner. The price will be around 50 euros. Both the lunch and the dinner will be paid upon arrival at the registration desk. Please fill in the following form to confirm assistance or not to one or both events. Also, you can inform us wether you have any accompanying person.

Invoice:
If you need an invoice for the payment of the registration you must fill in this form with the necessary data to issue the invoice.

Talk submissions:
In order to submit a talk you must fill in the following form indicating whether you are a plenary speaker or you are submitting a talk for a parallel session or a poster for the poster session.

Deadlines:
For registration: 30th May 2024
For bank transfer: 15th June 2024
For submitting a talk or poster: 30th June 2024
